New York Business and Finance

I am a freshmen in college, getting my associates degree in Business, and I plan on transferring to another school after one more year to get a degree in Finance.
I want a head start on my career, so what is a good job related to business and finance that I could get now, at 18 years old, with no experience or degree?
I’m tired of this boring receptionist job…

I am an Industrial engineer and want to make a move to Corporate Finance, one of the questions I get most often is why do I want to make such a career change and how I see myself fit into this role ? or justify how you can do well in Corporate Finance role despite your non finance background?
I am currently enrolled in a full time MBA program and planning to take finance courses but I want to know how I can really sell myself on this idea ?

I hold a bachelors in finance, but have huge difficulties to find a job in that industry or any kind of job for that matter. Currently I do not have a job at all due to the economy and would like to know what I could do in order to advance myself? I would like to go into banking if possible.

I am also thinking if I should just go back to school again and do accounting. Or is there something I could do in finance if I don’t find a job at the moment in terms of education?
